But which exercises?

I am mainly looking for writing exercises to use at Haydock.

Kennings are good and simple and reinforce the use of language [I think].

Haiku can be useful too.....I think I'll try some automatic writing and 'cut up words' too like Burroughs used to do. Might have a go at breaking down some Fairy Tales too.

Hmm, quite worried now.....I think I'll have some muesli and go to bed.
